Literature: New Media
My name is Brooklyn, and I am currently in my sophomore year at Kirkwood Community College in Iowa. I am in the class Forms of Literature: New Media. This is for my final project which had an option of creating a work of new media and presenting it to the class.
This is, of course, based off Suzanne Collins's Hunger Games trilogy. The Hunger Games is a fun book to put into a new media work because it's so popular, and everyone wants to know if they would survive the Games. I based it off a Games that was never mentioned in the trilogy so you can play it however you want and it won't be wrong. I put it into a game for you to enjoy and see roughly how you would do in the Games. I imagine the actual Hunger Games to be much more brutal and difficult to survive; every decision means potential death, but this allows a general feel for the Games.
